I am a Certified Residential appraiser who is also a member of the FHA/HUD panel. My main focus is building long-term business relationships with my clients through customer satisfaction and a strong sense of professionalism, not to mention unrivaled turn-around time. I humbley act as an extension of my clients as well as an ambassador for the face of appraial practice. Using impartial judgement and my knowledge of local markets my goal is to compose well written reports which are both readable to the user and insightful with regard to the current state of the real estate market. I welcome challenges and strive everyday to improve my status and knowledge as an appraiser and I think I can be an asset to any company. Ultimately, we all have a common goal in the real estate industry and I aim to bring us all one step closer to that goal.
